1964年 东京出生,后毕业于一桥大学。
超过20年以上的咨询经验,共为超过400家的大中型企业以及海外企业提供了体制改革以及成长战略。近年来,主要负责了集团企业重整、事业再生、日本企业的中国及亚洲战略、中国亚洲企业的经营改革等大型项目。 2000年以后,在中国除了日本企业以外,负责实施了多个国有大中型企业以及民营企业的咨询项目。
并于2014年2月就任JMAC全资子公司JMAC CHINA 以及和上海大邦律师事务所合资成立的J-BUND咨询的董事长,同时担任JMAC(日本能率协会咨询有限公司)董事。

加入日本能率协会咨询有限公司以来,主要负责以制造业为核心的经验课题解决的咨询项目。并于2006年JMAC CHINA 上海法人成立时,来到中国上海赴任。
主要负责主导实施包括日本企业,欧洲企业,以及中国企业在内的全公司降本咨询,精益生产导入,在库削减,人才培养等大型咨询项目。此外,还负责JMAC CHINA的中国咨询师团队建设以及人才培养。
现在,担任日本能率协会咨询中国现地法人(捷劢克日能咨询(上海)有限公司)总经理一职,并兼任咨询事业部部长。
